The beginning of my weight loss journey with Nutrisystem #NSNation

Starting tomorrow, Monday June 30, 2014 I will begin my weight loss journey with Nutrisystem. The first week I will be using their Fast5 program. I will enjoy their delicious meals and add in my own vegetables 4 times a day. I will eat breakfast, lunch and dinner along with an EnergiZING shake and an afternoon Craving Crusher shake all provided in my Fast5 kit. I have struggled with weight loss for a very long time and I am super excited to get started on my weight loss journey with other bloggers in the #NSNation.

The thing I am dreading the most is logging my "before" picture but I know that I MUST do this in order to appreciate the end results. SO here goes!

My before picture wearing size 15 shorts and XL top. My BIGGEST issue is my mid-section and I cannot wait to start seeing results!

My measurements tonight are as follows:

Height: 5'9"

Top of Arms: 13 1/2 inches
Stomach: 43 1/2 inches
Chest Under breasts: 42 1/4 inches
Chest area around breasts: 45 inches
Legs: (top) Left leg 24 inches Right Leg 25 inches
Legs: (calves) 14 inches
Beginning weight: 198.4 lbs

I hope you will follow me on my journey!
I will continue to post weekly updates and I'm excited to share how the Fast5 works for me next week!

  2. Although it is only DAY ONE, I am already feeling motivated and excited (just hope it sticks...). Once we get over the biggest hurdles (adjusting, learning to maintain, and of course FAST 5 and losing the first few pounds) -- THEN I know it'll be smooth sailing. Here we go!!!
